Maximized Living Health Makeover Moves 30,000 People Towards Health!

The nation-wide launch of the new Maximized Living Health Makeover program will begin on June 5th, 2010 with an expected involvement of over 30,000 participants across the country – over 200 of which will be right here in Brookfield.

Based on the book Maximized Living Health Makeover by New York Times Bestselling authors Drs. Ben Lerner, Charles Majors, and Greg Loman, the Makeover program begins locally with a powerful, inspirational, fun, and fact-filled, 3 hour kick-off session hosted by Dr. Matt Frahm of Pinnacle Chiropractic, a Maximized Living Health Center. The program continues with a 30 day “challenge” to apply the essentials of Maximized Living in the daily lives of the participants. Over the past 3 years nearly 250,000 people have participated in Maximized Living challenges, and the program continues to expand.

Designed by Dr. Ben Lerner, a U.S. Olympic Team Doctor, the Maximized Living Health Makeover encourages people to take control of their in their lives in both mind and body, and live life with purpose.

"The stress and pace of 'Modern living’,” says Lerner, “and adherence to ‘conventional wisdom’ has led us to the lowest point for health in U.S. history. We are currently ranked 37th in the world in our overall health. It's not hard for you and your family to become emotionally and physically fit – you just have to know the rules and have the tools. We’ve devised a system that has made it easier, not harder, for people of all ages to be in the greatest shape of their lives – in mind, and body. With the support of Maximized Living Health Center Doctors across the country, we are helping thousands achieve what we call ‘Maximized Living.’"

Co-author, Dr. Greg Loman stated, “We want every man, woman, and child to live in abundant health and wellness. Sick people are not living the American Dream. With so many difficulties facing our families, our communities, and our country, we want to help bring that dream back to life. The Maximized Living Health Makeover is a step toward making people’s dreams a reality.”

On Saturday, June 5th, Dr. Matt Frahm will be leading the Milwaukee Maximized Living Health Makeover in Menomonee Falls, WI, and will be assisted by guest presenters Chef Michel Feker of Il Mito and Personal Trainer Sandi Vandeberg of Milwaukee Adventure Boot Camp. The event will be at Aquinas Academy from 1:00-4:00pm. To register for the event, call 262-388-5193 or email
