Nov. 24, 2009 | 0 comments

Author Stefanie Lazer will read from her short story in The Gift of Murder, a holiday crime anthology benefitting the Toys for Tots foundation. After her reading, Ms. Lazer will take questions from the audience and will be available to autograph copies of the book.

The reading will be Tuesday, December 29, 2009, at 7 pm. Registration is requested for this free program. Please contact the Adult Reference Desk at 262-782-4140, opt 1, to register or with questions.

Ms. Lazer grew up in Southeastern Wisconsin and graduated from Washington High School in Germantown.

The Gift of Murder is published by Wolfmont Press who, for the last three years, has published similar anthologies with the theme of crimes around the winter holiday season including Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas and Kwanzaa. Profits are donated to the Toys for Tots foundation. All authors, including Ms. Lazer, donated their writing contributions to benefit the charity.
