Setting Your Future As A Business Workshop Set For Friday, Oct. 9.

Spring Bank, City of Brookfield Economic Development Committee, Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce & ActionCOACH of Elm Grove Launch Business Serious Workshop Series

 

Brookfield, WI – Business leaders take note. This Friday, October 9, begins the start of a new workshop series led by ActionCOACH of Elm Grove, the world’s number one business coaching and executive consulting firm. Presented by Spring Bank, the City of Brookfield Economic Development Committee and the Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce, the eight-session series addresses a number of topics that will help business executives prepare for the pending economic rebound. The Friday morning workshops run from 8 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. and will be held at the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts, with the exception of one of the sessions, a day-long session at a venue to be determined. Fees are $59 each for the two-hour sessions and $99 for the all-day GrowthCLUB session. Sessions include:

*October 9, Setting Your Future as a Business

*October 23, Generating Cash Flow – Leverage, Marketing, Building a Marketing Campaign

*November 6, Mastery – Gaining Control of Your Business

*November 20, Streetwise Marketing – Unique Selling Proposition and Guarantees

*December 4, Sales Made Simple

*December 18, The ‘6 Steps to Massive Results’

*January 8, 2010, GrowthCLUB (This is an all day, 90-day planning, workshop at a venue TBD)

*January 22, Leverage
