"All About Bugs" and Tommy Tarantula Visit Mad Science

Mad Science of Waukesha County is proud to present "All About Bugs" with Mad Scientist and Entomologist (bug guy) Kinetic Kevin. The event is part of Mad Saturdays which are special events for the community.

"All About Bugs" will be hosted at the new Mad Science Brookfield location on Saturday, July 18th from 10 to noon with a possible addition of an afternoon session. Kids ages 3 to 12 will learn about a "Mad" variety of bugs, how to design a bug catcher, classifying their catches, tools used in Entomology and much, much more.

As an added attraction, Mad Science will have Tommy Tarantula vacationing at the Brookfield location from July 6th through the 18th. Learn about Tarantula's and enjoy Mad Science's exploration area. Mad Science welcomes additional information about Tarantula's and bugs to share with our guests.

The event charge will be $5 and a non-perishable food donation for Waukesha County's Food Pantry. The Brookfield location is easy to find in the historical village part of Brookfield

Future Mad Saturdays and other Special Events will be posted as they are planned. You can follow Mad Science of Waukesha County on Twitter and Face Book. Families may sign up to receive emails about other "cool" Mad Science events. Call Mad Science's Brookfield Office at 262-785-8065 to register.
