Regency Senior Communities Hosts Value of Laughter Seminar

The public is invited to a FREE seminar entitled “The Value of Laughter” at each of the three ProHealth Care Regency Senior Communities. Ron Butts, field manager for Silver Sneakers Fitness Program, will discuss the health benefits of laughing everyday and how it can be therapeutic.
