S.J. Janis Company Offers Complimentary Lower Level Remodeling Seminar

Feb. 26, 2009 | 0 comments

S.J. Janis Company, Inc. will offer a free remodeling seminar Thurs.,

March 12, at 7:00 p.m. in the Firefly Room of the Wauwatosa Public Library, 7635 W. North Ave. Admission to the seminar, “Room to Live, Room to Play,” is free, but reservations are appreciated.

The open discussion on finishing underutilized space in a home will be hosted by design consultant A.J. Simon. Simon, who holds a master’s degree in architecture and urban planning from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, has been with S. J. Janis for more than three years.

The lower level is considered the best source for untapped potential when looking to add space in the home while getting the best value for the money. Transforming the basement into a lower level increases livable space without expanding a home’s footprint or moving to find more space for a family.

Attendees are invited to bring in photos of their lower level to discuss its remodeling potential.

For more information and to make a reservation, call S. J. Janis Company at (414) 259-0300.

S.J. Janis Company is a member of several home improvement associations, including the Milwaukee/NARI Home Improvement Council, National Kitchen & Bath Association, and the Metropolitan Builders Association.

In addition, the company is a member of GuildQuality, an independent third-party company that interviews every client about his or her remodeling experience throughout the building process and provides immediate results to the Guild member. S.J. Janis is recognized as a “Guildmaster with the Highest Distinction” by the organization.

With four Certified Professionals on staff, S.J. Janis Company has won an award in the Wisconsin Remodeler of the Year competition 20 consecutive years, the only company to be so recognized in each year of the award competition, which is conducted annually by Milwaukee/NARI.
