Local Woman's Club Raising Funds for Splashpad

The New Berlin Junior Woman's Club (NBJWC) is hosting their annual fundraiser for the Malone Park Splashpad on Saturday, March 8th, 2014 at the New Berlin Ale House banquet hall,16000 W. Cleveland Avenue from 6:30pm-11pm. This casino night-themed event called Viva Splash Vegas includes professional table dealers and fun money, making you feel like you have just landed in Las Vegas. A local DJ, Tim Synold, will be playing during the event to ensure festive atmosphere while you play your favorite casino game.

Our Silent Auction includes some items that are exclusive to this event. NBJWC has some very talented and generous members who have donated some great auction packages. Some examples include professional baking services, custom-decorated cookies for special occasions, professional scrapbooking/photobook services and a sailboat cruise on Lake Michigan! The Auction will also include some great sports memorabilia from the Packers and Brewers. You must attend to bid on these great items!

Besides casino table fun, you will be able to take advantage of other activities like the Cork and Fork Pulls offering local restaurant gift cards and some great wines to add to your cellar! The Ale house will be serving appetizers and desserts throughout the event.

The New Berlin Junior Woman's Club was formed in 1975 and has been contributing to the Community through annual events such as Fall Harvest Art & Craft Fair, Spring Plant Sale, New Berlin National Dash, Community Egg Hunt & Pancake Breakfast with the Bunny, Summer Photo Scavenger Hunt, Viva Splash Vegas and more.

NBJWC is partnering with the community and the Park Rec Department to build this Splashpad. The Malone Park Splashpad will be a great family gathering spot that will enhance the New Berlin community. Adults and kids of all ages and abilities will enjoy this aquatic playground and create fun family memories.
