I have been trying to get my assessment lowered, to what I paid for my condo. I could not, do it thru the city , they were very unhelpfull.
Next step, was to go through the court system and that is worst, than the city process, and again, no help.
The laws need to be changed to help the homeowner with this process.
The court system, has no forms to fill out, to do this, but yet, was willing and did, charge me 144.50 for a process fee. Just for them to tell me, to see a lawyer.
Elm Grove said, see a lawyer and Waukesha County said, see a lawyer.
What a waste of time and money, these people put you threw, knowing , you can not fight them.
What is the phase , a Goverment, for the people and by the people, what a joke.
This has to change.
The homeowner, should be able to fight for, what is right, without everyone, sucking the money out of you and then saying , sorry we can't help you. I think the system we have right now is wrong and it has to be changed.
