Hamilton High School junior Rachel Elliott was named to the Wisconsin Soccer Coaches Association (WSCA) Best of the Rest All-State team. The honor is given to players with all-state consideration who are not selected for the first team.
WSCA provides leadership and support to promote soccer, develop and recognize players and coaches and encourage participation and good sportsmanship at all levels.
