ActionCOACH of Elm Grove has hired three new team
members. Joining the coaching firm are Diane Konrath, Professional Assistant; Brenda Hilgendorf, CPA, Accountant; and Gary Peavler, Director of Marketing.

Diane Konrath’s extensive background in the corporate world, with roles in project management and as a top sales producer, primed her for starting her own business consulting others on organization, productivity and efficiency. Her background and life standards make her a perfect fit for the ActionCOACH culture. Konrath is a member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers), enjoys public speaking and empowering others to live their best life.

Brenda Hilgendorf has over 23 years of accounting experience working with privately-held companies. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Accounting from UW-Stevens Point and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Gary Peavler is focused on creating strategic alliance partnerships. These relationships will allow ActionCOACH to provide focused, valuable seminars targeted to alliance partner business clients and prospects. This new exposure for ActionCOACH of Elm Grove will help business owners learn new strategies to have more time for themselves, develop a better team, and make more money.

Peavler’s business background has been focused on building mutually beneficial business relationships for over 20 years. His expertise is in the areas of commercial banking, human resources and benefits, payroll, and marketing. His extensive business development experience will help keep pace with the demand for quality business consulting and coaching services.
