Digital Photography - Beginner

You just got your digital camera! Now what? Learn how to use your camera with confidence and benefit from understanding all the features and functions in digital photography. Discussions include downloading, basic editing and printing. Your photos will pop! After all, it is the digital age... Bring your camera gear.

NEW! Spring Flowers and Waterfalls Field Trip

Join us for an unforgettable photographic opportunity! Capture the beauty of spring flowers and rushing waterfalls in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Prior to the trip, we will learn what we need other than cameras, tripods, etc., such as what to take in case of less than perfect weather. Follow¬ing our trip, we will be used to critique our photographic work. Here’s the perfect opportunity to ask questions as well as give input in your fellow students work. Students are responsible for their meals and lodging; we also share expenses for transportation/gas.

Private Pilot Ground School

Interested in airplanes? Want to learn more about engines, aerodynamics, airports, aviation, regulations, aero-medical issues, aviation weather and navigation appropriate to pilots? This class will help you prepare to take the FAA written exam for the Private Pilot Flight Certificate. Class is held at Waukesha County Airport Terminal Building conference room, 2525 Aviation Drive, Waukesha, WI, 53188. Required materials available for purchase at first class, approx. $60.
