“Many Miniatures’, an exhibit of works by professional and student artists will open Sun., September 26th at Landmarks Gallery, 231 N. 76th St., Milwaukee.
More than 50 Miniature art works, each three inches by three inches, will be exhibited for sale at Landmarks Gallery 231 N. 76th St. with opening reception from one to five p.m., Sunday, September 26th 2010.
The show will continue through October 30th, 2010. Featured will be professional artists including Janet W. Kimberling, Santa Fe., NM, D. Leahy, Chicago, IL. , Terry Doughty, Hazelhurst, WI, Ginger Frederick, Milwaukee, WI. Selected students from Wisconsin Lutheran College and Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design will also present works.
Artists will not be limited in medium or in subject matter. Janet Kimberling, Santa Fe will be doing a series of landscapes in oil paints. Jill Ray, Oconomowoc will present layered works of photographic images of Milwaukee landmarks.
