A former Brookfield soccer player was one of several athletes honored by the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire for the week of Sept. 26.

Against Macalester College (Minn.) on Sunday, the Blugolds won 3-0 and didn't allow a single shot on goal, the first time the Scots haven't had one since Sept. 5, 2006. Moore and the Blugolds allowed just four shots on goal against UW-Platteville, a team the Blugolds beat 2-1 in double overtime Saturday.
