The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire soccer coach Sean Yengo recently announced the winners of the annual team awards at the year-end banquet.

Junior Emily Moore, a Brookfield Central graduate, won defensive player of the year honors.

Moore started all 20 games this season and was part of a strong Blugold defense.
