NICK'S KNACK
Nick Diciaula, a 1999 Brookfield Central graduate who lettered in football, basketball and baseball, received the EAS Sports Nutrition Impact Award for Certified Personal Trainer of the Year in San Diego last week. The plaque recognizes outstanding leadership in training, fitness and instructing others in wellness. Nick lives in Long Beach, Calif.
6 years another Central grad, Joe Thomas, will have spent in the NFL after the upcoming season. Hard to believe he's such a league veteran now at age 27, and a Pro Bowler in every year of his career thus far.
