Youth Football

Jr. Lancers, Sept. 26 game results

7th grade

Tosa West Jr. Trojans 38, Lancers Blue 34 - Brennan Mikell led the Jr. Lancers carrying the ball 39 times for 292 yards and 4 TDs. Griffin Oleszczuk contributed with 60 yards on the ground and a TD in a hard-fought game.

Mukwonago Jr. Braves Gold 20, Lancers White 8 - No results turned in.

5th grade

Mukwonago Jr. Braves Gold 6, Lancers White 0 - Defensive struggle this week. Jordan Hoehnen, Kendall DeBrinn and Ronnie Butzen led the way with 8, 7 and 7 tackles respectively. Kevin Peavler had two long runs and 163 yards rushing.

Jr. Spartan, Sept. 26 Results

7th Grade

New Berlin West 34, Spartan White 6 - Great offensive running by Zach Jaekl and Drew Hepperla scoring a TD. Nick Gross forced two fumbles and recovered both. Outstanding defensive tackles by Michah Childs and Will Wiemero.

Spartan Navy 12, Milwaukee Custer 6 - Corey Smith lead the attack with 2 touchdowns and 3 interceptions, along with the help of a shut down defense led by Kyle Martin, Alex McGuire and the Michael brothers.

6th grade

Spartan White 7, New Berlin West 0 - Offense led by hard running Frank Mistrioty, with a score from Mario Carr. Strong defensive plays by Vince Zimmerman stripping the ball and backed by hard hitting from Danny Schuller, Mikey Caliendo, Sean Kelly, Mitch Kopplemann and Christian Staples.

Milwaukee Custer 12, Spartan Navy 0 - The defense performed very well giving up very little yardage and forcing turnovers. Special teams did well, especially punting the ball.

5th Grade

Delavan 34, Spartan Navy 6 - Jr. Spartan's played hard with Jared Kieng scoring a touchdown for the Spartans. QB Avery Barnes handed off to the game's lead runners Jake Graf and Nick Watry.
