Jr. Spartans, Sept. 12 game results

8th grade

Spartans White 31, Greenfield Hawks 19 - Mike Mueller scored 3 TDs, Gabe Monticure had a punt-return TD and on a 24-yard pass from Luke Sommerfeld to spark the win.

Slinger Blue 18, Spartans Navy 12 - The locals scored when Vince Schimborski brought back an interception for a TD and Zach Damico tossed an 85-yard TD pass to Dominic Freres.

7th grade

Greenfield Jr. Hawks 12, Spartans White 0 - A strong defense was led by Carsten Blake, Michah Childs, Nick Gross and Danny Magyar, and Jeff Bickel had a great punt return.

Slinger Blue 8, Jr. Spartans Navy 0 - Alex McGuire and Corey Smith combined for more than 100 yards rushing.

6th grade

Spartans White 7, Greenfield Hawks 0 - Mitchel Mikulsky had a TD with extra point from Zach Breider. A stellar defense was led by hard-hitting Mario Carr.

Slinger Blue 16, Spartans Navy 0 - Great passing by TC Swittel, with long runs by Jack Leonovicz and Brett VandenHuevel. Some good catches made by Alex Werchowski.

5th grade

Wauwatosa East 9, Spartans White 0 - No highlights submitted.

Jr. Lancers, Sept. 12 game results

7th grade

East Troy 16, Lancers White 6 - Tristan Rooney had a 40-yard pass reception from quarterback Austin Heckman. Joe Baker had five tackles, and Sean Markey had three tackles.

Jr. Knights, Sept. 12 results

7th-8th Grades

Jr Knights 28, Heritage Christian 0 - Ryan Send scored three touchdowns and Colton Gingrass scored one. The offense was led Sean Clarey. Defense was led by Phil Steigerwald and Jimmy McMullen.

5th-6th Grades

Jr. Knights 25, St. Thomas More 0 - Ben Wong scored twice on a 25-yard run and a 50-yard interception. Robbie Barth and Rajiv caught TD passes, as Ian Francis led the offense. The defense was led by Ryan Clarey and Jack Halquist.
