Brookfield East boys cross country star Brad Johnson won the PT Timing Invitational on Aug. 24 at Arrowhead.
Johnson won the event in 16 minutes, 8 seconds, beating out Eric Brown II of Wisconsin Lutheran (16:14).
Stephen Browne finished fifth for the Spartans in 16:41, followed by Alex McTaggert (14th, 17:56), Andrew Pelto (17th, 18:37) and Kyriel Hansen (18th, 18:38).
The Spartans' other two runners were Peter Kuenzle (24th, 19:51) and Nathaniel Krakauer (27th, 20:55).
Arrowhead won the event with 35 points, followed by Wisconsin Lutheran (38), East (55) and Pewaukee (105).
