Brookfield Bulldogs hold baseball tryouts

The Brookfield Bulldog junior baseball club is holding tryouts for second-graders interested in select baseball.

The tryouts will be from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Sept. 29 at Elm Grove Park. Participants should bring a glove and bat and be ready to play.

Milwaukee Wave announces indoor training program

The Milwaukee Wave will have a new winter indoor training program conducted by players and coaches from the Wave Academy.

The Wave Academy's advanced training will offer players U8 through U14 the opportunity to develop into more confident players.

The winter indoor training will be held between 4 and 6 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays from Nov. 1 to April 5 at Uihlein Soccer Park.

Sessions will be offered every four weeks, allowing players to learn techniques to make them a better player.

Hurricanes fastpitch softball looking for players

The Waukesha Hurricanes U16-18 select fastpitch softball team remains on the lookout for players.
