This year's Brookfield Central/East girls gymnastics team will be young, but talented according to coach Carina Garcia.
Senior captain Elizabeth Tzortzos and junior Taylor Bucholtz will be the only two returning letter-winners.
Freshman Kelsey Linsmeier is one of the talented newcomers to look for.
"We have a very young, talented team this year with great senior leadership," Garcia said. "Along with the senior leadership, we have great new talent that joined the team which will contribute to our team's success. I am looking forward to another dynamic season."
Kelsey Edwards and Kristi Toy are the other seniors on the team. The rest of the team includes junior Katie Schwarz, sophomores Elizabeth Hessner, Lizzie Lanser and Tasha Rich and freshmen Caroline Potter, Tori Rieves and Hope Heller.
