City of Brookfield

THEFT

1About $400 of merchandise was taken at Victoria's Secret inside Brookfield Square, 95 N. Moorland Road, at 12:49 p.m. Oct. 15. According to surveillance, two women are suspected of the offense. One suspect is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 160 pounds. At the time of the offense, she was wearing a red hat, gray sweat shirt and jeans. The other suspect is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 140 pounds. At the time of the offense, she was wearing a white hat, red coat and jeans.

2A valve valued at $400 was taken off a toilet at Arby's, 12630 W. Capitol Drive, at 2:33 p.m. Oct. 15. This is the third time in the past month a theft has occurred within one of the restaurant's restrooms.

3Landscaping equipment was taken from a construction site in the 2000 block of Michelle Drive before 8 a.m. Oct. 16.

4A snowblower was taken from a shed in the 2000 block of Michelle Drive before 11:11 a.m. Oct. 16.

5Two credit cards were taken from a customer's wallet at Target, 12725 W. Bluemound Road, about 3:55 p.m. Oct. 16. The customer accidentally left the wallet in a shopping cart. The wallet was turned in, but the two cards inside it were taken. Several unauthorized charges were made to the cards.

6A 19-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for taking merchandise at Sears, 115 S. Moorland Road, at 6:34 p.m. Oct. 16. The man also was arrested for disorderly conduct because he was combative with police and store employees.

7An 18-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for taking merchandise at Pick 'n Save, 12735 W. Capitol Drive, at 9:48 p.m. Oct. 16.

8Halloween decorations and lights valued at $60 were taken from a yard in the 3400 block of Edge O Woods Drive at 8:05 a.m. Oct. 17.

9A yard sign in support of Barack Obama and Joe Biden was taken in the 16600 block of Burleigh Place before 4:24 p.m. Oct. 17.

10A 54-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for taking merchandise at JCPenney, 95 N. Moorland Road, at 2:37 p.m. Oct. 18.

11A guitar valued at $2,399 was taken at Guitar Center, 17135 W. Bluemound Road, at 4:17 p.m. Oct. 18.

DRUG POSSESSION

12A 45-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 1200 block of South Moorland Road at 9:29 p.m. Oct. 18.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

13A 28-year-old Waukesha man was arrested for drunken driving, second offense, near Coachlight Drive and Greenfield Avenue at 2:04 a.m. Oct. 15. His blood alcohol content was 0.10.

14A 21-year-old New Berlin woman was arrested for drunken driving near Moorland Road and Greenfield Avenue at 2:22 a.m. Oct. 19. A blood draw was taken to determine the woman's BAC.

VANDALISM

15A 50-year-old Milwaukee man was warned for driving over grass on a property near Burlawn Parkway and Burleigh Road at 2:27 p.m. Oct. 17. The man, who is a delivery driver, said he had a panic attack and was concerned about not finishing his route on time.

16A yard sign in support of Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan was damaged in the 1600 block of North Barker Road before 11:06 a.m. Oct. 18.

OTHER

Police made one arrest related to a domestic violence incident last week.

Town of Brookfield

DRUG POSSESSION

17A 28-year-old Brookfield man was arrested for possession of 3.4 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia near Bluemound Road and Regency Court at 11:35 p.m. Oct. 16.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

18A 23-year-old Brookfield man was arrested for drunken driving near Bluemound and Janacek roads at 2:20 a.m. Oct. 13. His blood alcohol content was 0.21.

VANDALISM

19A 43-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for scratching an 81-year-old Wauwatosa woman's vehicle with a key in a parking lot at Sam's Club, 600 Springdale Road, at 12:58 p.m. Oct. 11. The woman parked next to the man, and her door accidentally hit his vehicle. As an act of retaliation, the man scratched her vehicle after she left the scene.

OTHER

20A 17-year-old Wauwatosa boy was cited for disorderly conduct at Jose's Blue Sombrero, 20371 W. Bluemound Road, at 3:29 p.m. Oct. 17. The boy took a 20-year-old Waukesha woman's purse and keys in a parking lot outside the restaurant. The boy and woman had recently dissolved a relationship, and the boy said he took the woman's property because she had not returned his property.

Village of Elm Grove

BURGLARY

21An unknown amount of cash was taken from an unlocked basement at an apartment complex in the 15300 block of Marilyn Drive before 10:12 p.m. Oct. 16.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

22A 28-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested for drunken driving near Bluemound Road and Rosedale Drive at 1:27 a.m. Oct. 21. His blood alcohol content was 0.21.
