BURGLARY
1Jewelry was taken from a home in the 17000 block of Caribou Pass prior to 6:10 p.m. Nov. 14. The front door was pried open to gain entry. Loss is estimated between $6,000 and $7,000.
2Cash and jewelry were taken from a home in the 18000 block of Stonehedge Drive between 11:45 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Nov. 20. A front door was pried open to gain entry.
THEFT
3A $329 snowboard was taken from Zumiez at Brookfield Square, 95 N. Moorland Road, Nov. 14.
4Two men took shoe inserts from Stan's Fit for Your Feet, 17155 W. Bluemound Road, at 4:11 p.m. Nov. 14. Loss is estimated at $136.
5A resident of Franciscan Woods, 19525 W. North Ave., reported that $200 to $300 was taken from him prior to 2:30 p.m. Nov. 15. Staff have no record of him having cash when he checked in.
6A trailer was taken from outside JP Cullen & Sons, 13040 W. Lisbon Road, prior to 4:20 p.m. Nov. 15. Loss is estimated at $1,200.
7A 41-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for retail theft and obstructing an officer at Sears, 115 S. Moorland Road, at 4:45 p.m. Nov. 15. He attempted to take a $283 television, and then gave a fake name to an officer.
8A wallet containing credit cards and $100 was taken from a woman's purse while she shopped at Toys 'R' Us, 355 S. Moorland Road, at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 16.
9An 18-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for retail theft for taking two pairs of jeans, a $291 value, from the Buckle at Brookfield Square, 95 N. Moorland Road, at 1:54 p.m. Nov. 17.
DRUNKEN DRIVING
10A 22-year-old Helenville man was cited for drunken driving, third offense, and possession of marijuana, possession of heroin and driving after his license had been revoked on Moorland Road, near Interstate 94, at 10:13 p.m. Nov. 14. A witness said the man's truck slammed into a concrete median on Interstate 94 and continued on before exiting at Moorland Road and stopping. A responding officer found 0.67 grams of marijuana and 0.26 grams of heroin on the man. A blood sample was collected to establish his blood-alcohol content.
11A 57-year-old North Prairie woman was cited for drunken driving at the intersection of Moorland Road and Greenfield Avenue at 1:08 a.m. Nov. 18. She had been stopped for lane deviation and because her vehicle did not have a front license plate. Her BAC was 0.12.
12A 56-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for drunken driving in the 14000 block of Capitol Drive at 12:35 p.m. Nov. 19. He had been pulled over for changing lanes without a signal and because his vehicle's brake light didn't work. His BAC was 0.21.
13An 18-year-old Brookfield man was cited for drunken driving at the intersection of Pomona Road and Farm Hill Court at 12:10 a.m. Nov. 20. He had been pulled over for failing to stop at a stop sign. His BAC was 0.17. Three passengers - an 18-year-old Brookfield man, a 17-year-old Brookfield boy and a 17-year-old Hartland girl - were cited for underage drinking.
VANDALISM
14Pellets or ball bearings were used to break a patio window in the 18000 block of Surrey Lane prior to 10:02 a.m. Nov. 18.
OTHER
15An 18-year-old Brookfield man was cited for disorderly conduct for pulling people in a plastic children's vehicle with his truck in the 14000 block of Newell Drive at 7:54 p.m. Nov. 16.
16QPS, 13935 Bishops Drive, received a threat from someone who said, "Get out of the building, it is going to blow in 10 minutes." The call came in at 2:47 p.m. Nov. 18. The threat was transferred to QPS corporate offices in Brookfield from an office in Appleton, Kenosha, Milwaukee or Rockford, Ill. Employees were unable to trace which office transferred the call.
17A kitten climbed into the front grill of a car at Sears, 115 S. Moorland Road, at 5 p.m. Nov. 19. Sears employees freed the kitten and it was admitted to the Elmbrook Humane Society.
18An unidentified woman who claimed to have a baby in her car stopped traffic at the intersection of Hope Street and Lilly Road to beg for money at 3:30 p.m. Nov. 20. A witness reported that it was fraud because the woman had done the same thing in the past.

DRUG POSSESSION
19A 28-year-old Brookfield man was cited for possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia at the intersection of Swenson Drive and Barker Road at 7 p.m. Nov. 12. An officer had pulled him over because his vehicle's registration was expired and during the stop found 0.75 grams of marijuana and a pipe inside the vehicle.

DRUNKEN DRIVING
20A 42-year-old Brookfield woman was cited for drunken driving at the intersection of Pilgrim Parkway and Kata Drive at 2:25 a.m. Nov. 20. She had been pulled over for lane deviation. Her BAC was 0.10.
