City of Brookfield

THEFT

1A homeowner in the 2800 block of Cambridge Circle reported a large quantity of alcohol was taken from an open garage sometime overnight May 13. The garage door was apparently left open by a contractor. No arrests or suspect information was part of the report.

2A 27-year-old Germantown man was cited for municipal retail theft after taking a watch from Kohl's, 2315 N. 124th St., on May 13. The value of the watch was not in the report.

3Management at Multiple Concrete, 4365 N. 124th St., reported two recent thefts. One took place sometime in the last few weeks and involved four rolls of wire mesh being taken from the grounds. Each were valued at $100. A Bobcat trailer valued at between $4,000 and $5,000 was also taken. The report was made May 15.

4Four lawnmowers were reported stolen from the 3200 block of North 126th Street. They were valued at $100 each. The owner wasn't sure when they were taken. The report was made May 15.

5Employees noticed 11 bottles of perfume missing from Bath and Body Works, 95 N. Moorland Road, on May 16. The total value of the missing merchandise was $324.50. Employees did not see anyone take the bottles.

6A 21-year-old man was arrested for retail theft at Sears, 115 S. Moorland Road, at 6:23 p.m. May 17. No list of the stolen items or their value was part of the report.

7A 41-year-old was arrested at Pick 'n Save, 12735 Capitol Drive, at 9:41 p.m. May 17. No list of the stolen items or their value was part of the report.

8A license plate was reported stolen in the 2100 block of Calhoun Road on May 18. The owner of the car said it was stolen sometime in January.

9A 53-year-old woman was seen fleeing from the parking lot of Pick 'n Save, 12735 W. Capitol Drive, on May 18. The woman was seen loading groceries into her trunk without paying.

10A 20-year-old man was charged with retail theft at Kohl's, 2315 N. 124th St., on May 18.

11A 49-year-old man was arrested for retail theft at Metro Market, 17630 Bluemound Road, at 3:27 p.m. May 19. No list of the stolen items or their value was part of the report.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

12A 46-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving after being stopped at Moorland Road and Interstate 94 at 12:48 a.m. May 14. The driver's blood alcohol content was not available.

13A 40-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving and cocaine possession after a traffic stop on Bluemound Road and Main Street at 2:21 a.m. May 14. The driver's BAC was not available.

14A 56-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving on Bluemound and Moorland roads at 12:19 a.m. May 16. The driver's BAC was not available.

15A 21-year-old was arrested for drunken driving at the Charcoal Grill, 15375 W. Greenfield Ave., just after 1 a.m. May 18. The driver's BAC was not available.

16A 25-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving after being stopped for driving on a flat tire at the Capitol Plaza East, 13625 W. Capitol Drive, just before 2 a.m. May 18. The driver's BAC was not available.

DRUG POSSESSION

17A 19-year-old man was arrested for state possession of marijuana, receiving stolen property, operating with a suspended license and drunken driving in the 16000 block of Shore Line Drive just before 7 a.m. May 13.

THEFT

18A 61-year-old Minnesota man reported that someone stole the rear license plate from his vehicle parked overnight at La Qunita, 20391 W. Bluemound Road, at 2:23 p.m. May 8.

DRUG POSSESSION

19A 63-year-old Waukesha man who was stopped at Moreland Boulevard and Springdale Road after making an illegal right turn was arrested for possession of 2.1 grams of marijuana and a marijuana pipe at 12:26 a.m. May 10.

Elm Grove

DRUNKEN DRIVING

20A 34-year-old La Crosse man was arrested outside Ace Hardware, 18360 Watertown Plank Road, for drunken driving after police found him letting his dog relieve itself outside. The incident happened just before 12:30 a.m. May 18. The driver's BAC was 0.17.

OTHER

21A 35-year-old West Allis man was arrested on Bluemound Road and Terrace Drive after police stopped him for having suspended license plates at 5:25 p.m. May 15. After finding out the driver's name, police identified the man as having outstanding warrants in Oconomowoc for unspecified charges. He was transferred to Oconomowoc police for booking.

22Police were called to the UPS store, 12400 Bluemound Road, at 4:49 p.m. May 16 after an employee told police a package spelled suspiciously like car air fresheners. When police arrived, they opened the package to find four air fresheners along with a T-shirt wrapping nearly 28 grams of marijuana.
