Waukesha State Bank announced that it has named Mitch Grulke bank manager at its Brookfield office, located on Capitol Drive just west of Brookfield Road. Grulke will be responsible for all aspects of daily operations, including business development, personnel, customer service, lending and relationship management, and community service. He has been with the bank since July 2009, most recently as the bank manager at the Silvernail Road Office in Pewaukee.

OFFPRICE Show in Brookfield, a subsidiary of international media company Tarsus Group, has hired Kara Bushman as buyer relations coordinator. Her responsibilities include daily outreach to new and existing buyers, tracking fashion and apparel trends, and coordinating hospitality arrangements for show attendees.

Sherry Seston has been promoted to associate professor of biology at Alverno College. Seston, an Elm Grove resident, has taught at Alverno since 2006.

Brookfield resident Keith Allen has been named senior vice president of human resources and chief human resources officer for Froedtert Health. In this role, Allen will be responsible for ensuring that human resource initiatives are closely aligned with Froedtert Health's overall strategic objectives, working closely with leadership to define human capital requirements and programs, and to oversee critical functions including recruitment, retention, assessment, management development, compensation and rewards, and work practices.
