The Potawatomi Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America held the annual Distinguished Citizens Award Dinner recently. Named recipients of the award this year were Dick and Carol Richards of Waukesha. Their willingness to take leadership roles in countless volunteer organizations in the community qualified them for the award. Serving on the dinner committee were Marta Bartolacci, Joanne Blaesing, Dr. Eugene Burke, Tom Dalum, Brian Dorow, Don Reinicker, Nancy Richards and Larry Schoenberger.
