Brookfield's ESI earns Green Professional status
Environmental Systems, Inc., provides facility solutions, services and support to reduce energy and operating costs. Brookfield-based ESI continues its participation in the Wisconsin Sustainable Business Council's Green Masters Program, and earned Green Professional status in 2011.
As a Green Professional, ESI has performed actions in each of nine sustainability areas, and has earned more than 100 points, according to the Wisconsin Sustainable Business Council.
"ESI has continued to demonstrate their sustainability leadership," said Tom Eggert, executive director of the WI Sustainable Business Council. "They lead by example with their state of the art, LEED Platinum certified building. The facility serves as a model for the economic benefits of energy efficiency and alternative energy solutions. The Green Professional status is well deserved. ESI's wide array of services provides solutions to benefit any company."
The Green Professional designation is the second highest tier in the Green Masters Program established by the Wisconsin Sustainable Business Council. Candidates are judged on a comprehensive range of sustainability issues from energy and natural resource use to education outreach and purchasing.

GSF Mortgage offers credit repair for veterans
GSF Mortgage Chief Operating Officer Chad Jampedro has announced that GSF Mortgage is offering to pay for credit repair services for any veteran who would be eligible for a Department of Veterans Affairs Guaranteed Home Loan.
"In today's tumultuous economic climate, consumer credit has taken a hard hit," Jampedro said. "There are many military veterans who are already suffering financially so we wanted to do something that could help give them a fresh start. Credit repair services are designed to do just that by helping to remove negative credit information and improve their credit score."
