Traffic signal timing changes for road work
Issue: Readers have noticed that the timing of signals at some intersections has changed lately. In particular they mentioned the intersections at Bluemound and Moorland roads and Capitol Drive and Lisbon Road. They want to know why this is.
Status: Jeff Chase, city engineer, confirmed that some signals have been adjusted on Bluemound Road and Capitol Drive. These were made to accommodate changes in travel demand associated with Wisconsin Department of Transportation projects.
