A celebration of 35 years of providing safety, shelter and support to women and their families was held to honor The Women's Center recently. Women throughout Southeastern Wisconsin affected by domestic violence, sexual assault and abuse have been offered free programs by The Women's Center since 1977.
In addition to dinner and speakers, a style show contrasting fashions worn in 1977 with those worn today, was a popular part of the evening.
