Public Forum:
On March 14 the Brookfield Bulldogs held their annual Dine with the Dogs silent auction fundraiser, which raised money for the upcoming invitation to Cooperstown Field of Dreams.
The fundraiser was a huge success, raising more than $9,000 to apply toward the per-player fee of $750 before airfare.
The U12 players and coaches would like to thank those who attended and bid on more than 100 silent auction items. Another big thank you to the local businesses that made generous donations toward the silent auction and, last but not least, the following corporate donors whose donations totaled $1,745: Caliendo Savio Enterprises; Elmbrook Family Dental, Dr. William Neuschaefer; Dr. Michael Bubon & Associates; the Royston family; The Dentist, Dr. Barry Wolf; the Copoulos family; the Kolb family; the Teuscher family; Silpada, Leslie Goodnetter; All-State Insurance, Frederic Agency; and Generac Corp.
