Public Forum:
I have had the privilege of working cooperatively with Glen Allgaier on many initiatives while serving as the liaison from the city's Common Council to the Elmbrook School Board.
Two examples of Glen's initiatives are his helping to improve communication between our city Police Department and the school administration, and establishing a school district insert in the city newsletter to improve communication to the public. He volunteers his time on the city's Economic Development Committee and, most recently, Glen has initiated a joint effort between the school district, city and local real estate agents to effectively market our community to relocating families. These initiatives demonstrate how Glen's work clearly extends above and beyond the expected duties of a School Board member.
Through Glen's efforts, a five-year financial plan has been developed by the school district, providing them with better data for long-range planning. Glen is a visionary who asks hard questions and expects a response from district personnel with due diligence. He has incredible analytical skills, and I have never met anyone more committed and qualified for the position of School Board member. The work ethic, time and dedication he has shown over the past few years are truly exemplary.
I hope you'll join me in supporting Glen Allgaier for School Board.

District 7 alderwoman
