Ziegler calm, constructive in seeking solutions

March 22, 2010 | 0 comments

Public Forum:

Forty-one teachers receiving preliminary layoff notices. A possible school closure. A nearly $16 million budget deficit. The news is rife with potentially drastic measures that will need to be taken in the next few years in order to keep the Elmbrook School District functioning. In this difficult time, we need School Board members who know where we've been and can see where we need to be heading.

Bob Ziegler has proved himself time and again to be a voice of reason, a calming influence who can look at all sides of an argument and offer constructive solutions to the problems we face. Let's not grasp at straws in the hopes that someone new will be able to offer a firm hand. We need Bob Ziegler. He has our vote. Be sure he has yours, too.
