If you're thinking about avoiding the freeway this evening and taking some alternative routes to get to your destination, you're still likely find yourself struck in traffic.
We've just received a call from a motorist traveling near Greenfield Avenue and Moorland Road in New Berlin that the street packed with traffic in both directions.
There also is wall-to-wall traffic headed north and south on Moorland Road, we're told.
However, the side streets still may beat the freeway system, where some commutes take be up to an hour.
