1An 18-year-old man and a 19-year-old man, both from Menomonee Falls, were referred to the Waukesha County Circuit Court on charges of burglary after they took a memory card, a portable video game system and two video games from a home in the 4600 block of Wessex Drive at 3 p.m. Feb. 9.
2A wallet, gift cards and digital media players were taken from the girls locker room at Brookfield Central High School, 16900 W. Gebhardt Road, before 12:15 p.m. Feb. 9.
3A backpack, calculator and digital media player were taken from a gym locker at Brookfield Central about 3 p.m. Feb. 9.
4A student's cell phone and wallet were taken from the boys locker room at Brookfield Central before 5:55 p.m. Feb. 9.
5A baseball bat valued at $369 was taken from Burghardt Sporting Goods, 14660 W. Capitol Drive, about 5 p.m. Feb. 10. The store reported several similar incidents in recent weeks.
6A stripper pole valued at $129 was taken from Spencer Gifts in Brookfield Square, 95 N. Moorland Road, at 6:11 p.m. Feb. 11. The store's manager chased the suspects to the parking lot and was struck by their fleeing vehicle but was not injured.
7A white 1985 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham was taken from the lot at Crest Cadillac, 12800 W. Capitol Drive, between noon Feb. 12 and 4:30 p.m. Feb. 14.
8An 18-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for theft at Boston Store, 15875 W. Bluemound Road, after he took $230 in merchandise from the store at 6:35 p.m. Feb. 12.
9A digital media player was taken from an unlocked locker in the boys locker room at Brookfield Central between 10:30 and 10:40 a.m. Feb. 13.
10A 19-year-old Wauwatosa man was arrested for retail theft after he took $2,450 in merchandise from LensCrafters, 16970 W. Bluemound Road, at 3:30 p.m. Feb. 14. He also was cited for theft for taking $215 in merchandise from The Children's Place and $150 in merchandise from Zumiez in Brookfield Square. A 16-year-old Milwaukee boy who was with the man was arrested for party to the crime of retail theft.
11A winter coat and cell phone were taken from the Brookfield Indoor Soccer Complex, 19485 W. Lisbon Road, between 10:45 p.m. and midnight Feb. 14.
12A Global Positioning System was taken from a vehicle parked at the Best Western Midway, 1005 S. Moorland Road, at 7:45 a.m. Feb. 15. One of the vehicle's windows was broken to gain entry.
13A 16-year-old Kewaskum boy was arrested for retail theft after switching tags on items at Boston Store at 3:52 p.m. Feb. 15.
14A 17-year-old girl was cited for theft at J.C. Penney in Brookfield Square at 4:06 p.m. Feb. 15.
15A 25-year-old Brookfield man was arrested for drunken driving at Mountain and Capitol drives at 2:19 a.m. Feb. 11. It was listed as his first drunken-driving offense, and his blood-alcohol content was 0.18.
16A 38-year-old Menomonee Falls woman was arrested for drunken driving at Fiebrantz and Capitol drives at 9:47 p.m. Feb. 12. Her BAC was 0.19. She also was cited for driving with an expired registration.
17A 21-year-old Franklin woman was arrested for drunken driving after her vehicle got stuck in a snowbank in the 1900 block of Norhardt Drive at 12:02 a.m. Feb. 13. It was listed as her first drunken-driving offense, and her BAC was 0.18.
18A 21-year-old Jackson man was arrested for drunken driving at Highway 100 and Capitol Drive at 3 a.m. Feb. 13. It was listed as his third drunken-driving arrest, and blood was drawn to determine his BAC. He also was cited for reckless driving.
19A 71-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving at Barker Road and Tennyson Drive at 3:07 p.m. Feb. 15. It was listed as his first drunken-driving offense.
20A 16-year-old Brookfield boy was cited for carrying a concealed weapon after police found a baseball bat in his possession at BP Corner Market, 15565 W. Bluemound Road, at 5:53 p.m. Feb. 10. The boy had fled his home after police were called there on a report of an uncontrollable juvenile.
21A 40-year-old Wauwatosa man was arrested for identity theft and obstruction at Osterman Jewelers in Brookfield Square at 3:16 p.m. Feb. 12. The man applied for store credit using his brother's identity, and police are still investigating a previously fraudulent purchase of a $5,400 watch from the store by the man.

22A 23-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for drunken driving at Interstate 94 and Barker Road at 4:03 a.m. Feb. 7. Blood was drawn to determine her BAC. She also was cited for lane deviation.
23A 46-year-old Brookfield woman was arrested for drunken driving at Watertown Road and Mary Lynn Drive at 2:42 a.m. Feb. 8. Blood was drawn to determine her BAC.
24The rear window of a vehicle was broken at Panos' Char House, 20290 W. Bluemound Road, between 8 and 10 p.m. Feb. 6. Damage is estimated at $700.
25The air was let out of two tires on a vehicle at the Marcus Majestic, 770 Springdale Road, between 9:45 p.m. Feb. 6 and 12:25 a.m. Feb. 7.
26A 20-year-old Waukesha woman was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Motel 6, 20300 W. Bluemound Road, at 1:24 p.m. Feb. 6. The woman also had two valid warrants through the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department.
27A 19-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman, both from Waukesha, were cited for underage drinking at a home in the 1100 block of Ridge Road at 3:29 a.m. Feb. 8. The man also was cited for obstructing an officer.
Village of Elm Grove
28A package of Oxycontin, Adderall and other controlled drugs was taken from UPS, 12400 W. Bluemound Road, between Dec. 26 and Jan. 9. Total loss is estimated at $8,500.
29A 75-year-old Wauwatosa man was arrested for drunken driving in the 1600 block of North 124th Street at 6:34 p.m. Feb. 13. He also was cited for speeding.
30A 26-year-old West Allis man was cited for operating after suspension during a traffic stop in the 12500 block of West Bluemound Road at 1:26 a.m. Feb. 13. A 48-year-old Milwaukee man who was a passenger in the car was arrested on a Sussex Police Department warrant and cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police found a marijuana pipe and 0.1 grams of the drug during a search.
