ROBBERY
1A man wearing a ski mask displayed a gun and told a clerk he had "20 seconds to hand over the money" at Brian's Gas and Go, 19075 W. Bluemound Road, at 8:20 p.m. Feb. 5. The clerk complied and the suspect fled on foot.
BURGLARY
2A homeowner's son broke into a home in the 300 block of Elmridge Avenue, taking jewelry of undetermined value the morning of Feb. 6. The incident was reported at 4:26 p.m. that evening. It is unknown how the suspect gained access.
THEFT
3An 18-year-old man was arrested for theft after taking six smartphones from lockers at Brookfield East High School, 3305 Lilly Road, at 4:41 p.m. Feb. 5.
4A woman took 12 bras worth $500 from Victoria's Secret, 95 N. Moorland Road, at 12:05 p.m. Feb. 8. Employees watched the woman conceal the bras and run.
5An 18-year-old woman was arrested for retail theft at JC Penney, 95 N. Moorland Road, at 7:46 p.m. Feb 8. The value of the items was unavailable.
6Rock climbing and workout equipment worth $250 were taken from a car at 3705 N. 124th Street between 2:15 and 8 p.m. Feb. 9.
DRUNKEN DRIVING
7A 55-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving after employees stopped him from leaving Outback Steakhouse, 1260 S. Moorland Road, at 8:06 p.m. Feb. 8. The man was intoxicated when he arrived at the restaurant. His blood alcohol content was unavailable.
8A 28-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving at Capitol Drive and Calhoun Road at 12:03 a.m. Feb. 9. His BAC was unavailable.
9A 24-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving, second offense, during a traffic stop at 14075 W. North Avenue at 1:02 a.m. Feb. 9. His BAC was unavailable.
10A 57-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving, second offense, at Calhoun Road and River Birch Drive at 6:08 p.m. Feb. 10 after being seen driving with fresh front-end damage to his car. His BAC was not available.
DRUG POSSESSION
11A 19-year-old man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 3705 N. 124th Street at 8:55 p.m. Feb. 9.
OTHER
Police responded to one call related to a domestic dispute last week.

THEFT
12A man and woman took a laptop worth $630 and two computer tablets worth $200 each from Best Buy, 19555 W. Bluemound Road at 3 p.m. Feb. 1. The two suspects fled in a waiting vehicle.
13A smartphone worth $600, $500 cash, a gold necklace worth $400, and clothing worth $350 were taken from a car at Motel 6, 20300 W. Bluemound Road at 4:45 p.m. Feb. 3.
14About 40 feet of copper of undetermined value was taken from a home in the 900 block of Gray Fox Drive. It is unknown when the incident occurred; it was reported at 4:45 p.m. Feb. 10.
DRUNKEN DRIVING
15A 29-year-old Wauwatosa woman was arrested for drunken driving at Brookfield Road and Wisconsin Avenue at 1:45 a.m. Feb. 2. Her BAC was 0.16
DRUG POSSESSION
16A 40-year-old West Allis man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Quality Inn, 20150 W. Bluemound Road, at 5 p.m. Jan. 29.
17A 47-year-old Waukesha woman was arrested for possession of marijuana at Motel 6, 20300 W. Bluemound Road, at 8 p.m. Feb. 8.

OTHER
18The railroad gates at Juneau Boulevard malfunctioned at 1:55 p.m. Feb. 8 and did not come down before a train passed through at 2:36 p.m. the same day. Canadian Pacific was notified of the issue. No cars or pedestrians were on the railroad at the time.
