THEFT
1Nearly $7,000 was charged on three fraudulent accounts to a resident in the 2000 block of Chadwick Court. A police report was filed April 24 to report the fraudulent charges on JC Penny, Best Buy and Wal-Mart credit cards opened under a stolen name. It's unclear how the thief obtained the resident's information. The case is under investigation.
2An iPod was stolen from a house in the 17000 block of Parish Drive on April 25. The report was taken at 10:20 a.m., but the time of the theft is unknown. The iPod was found in Racine with the tracker software, but police were unable to recover it.
3A digital camera surveillance system and a 55-inch television were stolen from the 3500 block of North 126th Street sometime in March. A police report was filed April 25. The items were valued at a combined $1,500.
4A 16-year-old girl was arrested for municipal theft from Kohl's, 2315 N. 124th St., at 7:14 p.m. April 25. The police report did not have a list of stolen items or their value.
5A 17-year-old girl was arrested for state retail theft at Boston Store, 15875 W. Bluemound Road, at 7:34 p.m April 25. The police report did not have a list of stolen items or their value.
6A woman's purse was stolen, along with the credit cards, passport, driver's license and $800 inside from Sterling Optical, 95 Moorland Road, at 7:12 p.m. April 26.
7Two decorative concrete bowls and a birdbath were reported stolen from a the 16000 block of Ridge View Drive on April 27. The value of the items is an estimated $600. The pieces were on a construction site and had been left unattended.
8A 27-year-old man was arrested after he was seen hiding nine cans of baby food under his clothes at Pick 'n Save, 12735 W. Capitol Drive, at 11:59 a.m. April 27. According to the report, the man changed his mind about taking the baby food before exiting the store. Nonetheless, he was arrested for retail theft.
9Three women were seen by store employees stealing three Michael Kors purses from Boston Store April 27. The purses were valued at between $900 and $1,200. The theft was not captured on video.
10A 13-year-old was arrested for state retail theft after taking $635 worth of clothes from Kohl's, 2315 N. 124th St., at 5:27 p.m. April 27. The case was referred to juvenile court.
11A 23-year-old woman was arrested for retail theft after leaving the Metro Market, 17630 W. Bluemound Road, with a cart full of groceries at 10:20 a.m. April 28. Police eventually stopped her at Culver's, 21300 W. Capitol Drive.
12A 23-year-old woman was arrested for municipal retail theft from Old Navy, 95 N. Moorland Road, at 3:24 p.m. April 28. No list of stolen items or their values were part of the report.
13Two women, ages 24 and 22, were arrested for retail theft after being stopped by security with bags full of stolen merchandise from JC Penny and Boston Store just before 7 p.m. April 28.
14A couple told police someone used some sort of heavy-duty saw to steal their car's catalytic converter from the parking lot of Sears, 343 S. Moorland Road, at 7:06 p.m. April 28. The approximate value of the part is $250.
15Thirteen large steel pipe fittings were reported stolen from the 3000 block of Brook Lane around 9 a.m. April 30. Each fitting is worth $60 each. Police are investigating the theft.
16A 19-year-old man was arrested for municipal retail theft from Boston Store around 7 p.m. April 30. No list of stolen items or their values were part of the report.
ROBBERY
17A 52-year-old man was arrested for armed robbery after pulling a knife on a store employee when he was confronted for stealing from Pick 'n Save, 12735 W. Capitol Drive, at 8:34 p.m. April 27.

18Sam's Club, 600 S. Springdale Road, reported the theft of a $322 video game at 1:50 p.m. April 10.
19A 27-year-old West Allis woman reported that someone took her wedding band-engagement ring set valued at $2,500 in the restroom of the Majestic Theater, 770 S. Springdale Road, at 9:29 p.m. April 22. The woman said she took off the rings and set them near the sink as she washed her hands. She then left and came back two minutes later to find they were gone.
