THEFT
1Two gold rings and a BB gun were reported stolen from a home in the 13000 block of Kent Avenue on April 16. The homeowner said the items were taken at some point in the past week.
2A 19-year-old man was arrested for retail theft after concealing $39 worth of merchandise and attempting to leave JC Penny at Brookfield Square, 95 N. Moorland Road, at 7:23 p.m. April 17.
3Three boys, two 17 and one 16, were arrested after taking beef jerky, Red Bull and frozen dinners from Pick 'n Save, 15170 W. Greenfield Ave., April 18. New Berlin Police stopped the car the boys were driving in after they left the grocery store.
4An 82-year-old woman was arrested for attempting to steal five food items worth $14 from Pick 'n Save, 12735 W. Capitol Drive, at 3:47 p.m. April 18.
5Three girls, ages 17, 18 and 20, were all cited for retail theft after concealing items in their purse and trying to leave Burlington Coat Factory, 12575 W. Capitol Drive, at 7:44 p.m. April 18.
6An employee of Pick 'n Save, 15170 W. Greenfield Ave., was accused of stealing drugs from the pharmacy. Management told police that this has been a continual problem. When officers arrived, the employee had already left the store. The report was filed April 19 and the investigation continues.
7A 16-year-old girl was arrested for trying to steal a $99 pair of jeans from Buckle at Brookfield Square, 95 N. Moorland Road, at 7:19 p.m. April 21.
DRUNKEN DRIVING
8A 53-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving, third offense, after being stopped in the 13000 block of West Capitol Drive at 1:47 p.m. April 17. He was taken to Waukesha County Jail for a mandatory 12-hour hold. His blood-alcohol content was not available.
9A 37-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving after having been stopped for speeding at Bluemound Road and Main Street at 2:22 a.m. April 18. No BAC was available.
10A 21-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving, possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping after he was stopped at Capitol Drive and Pilgrim Road just before midnight April 19. No BAC was available.
11A 44-year-old man was arrested drunken driving, third offense, at North Avenue and 128th Street just before 3 a.m. April 22. No BAC was available.
12A 43-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving at Bluemound and Brookfield roads after being stopped at 7:46 p.m. April 22.
OTHER
13A 19-year-old man was cited for underage drinking after he was found asleep in the passenger seat of his car in the 17000 block of Crest Hill Drive at 10:48 a.m. April 16. The person who called police reported the man had attempted to exit the car and immediately fell over.
14Two 23-year-old men were cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at Pilgrim Parkway and Moorland Road just before midnight April 19.

DRUG POSSESSION
15A 22-year-old Waukesha man who was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped in the 20300 block of West Bluemound Road was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at 8:19 p.m. April 21. A syringe was found on his stomach.
Elm Grove
THEFT
16A hairdryer was reported stolen from Walgreen's, 15350 W. Bluemound Road, at 7:22 p.m. April 18. Surveillance video shows the car leaving the parking lot, but the license plate isn't discernible.
DRUNKEN DRIVING
17A 31-year-old Wauwatosa woman was arrested for drunken driving in the 13000 block of Juneau Boulevard at 2:11 a.m. April 17. Her BAC was 0.18.
18A 34-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for eluding arrest, drunken driving and driving a vehicle without the owner's consent after taking her father's car from West Allis and failing to yield to Elm Grove police at Watertown Plank Road and Pilgrim Parkway at 12:46 a.m. April 18.
19A 21-year-old West Allis man was arrested for drunken driving after his car got stuck on the railroad tracks at Watertown Plank Road and Legion Drive at 2:47 a.m. April 20. His BAC was 0.12.
20A 52-year-old Wauwatosa man was arrested for drunken driving at Watertown Plank Road and Pilgrim Parkway at 1:14 a.m. April 22. It was his fourth drunken driving arrest since 2002. His BAC was 0.18.
DRUG POSSESSION
21A 21-year-old West Allis man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on Sunnyslope Road at Fairfield Court at 10:33 p.m. April 17. Four pipes with marijuana in them were found in the car.
