BURGLARY
1A residence in the 1000 block of Leon Terrace was burglarized between Feb. 26 and April 4. Jewelry totaling $3,000 in value was taken. Police canvassed the neighborhood for information.
THEFT
2Video surveillance captured a man taking about $472 worth of lobster from Sendik's, 18985 W. Capitol Drive, April 3 and 4. No arrests have been made.
3Two unidentified people took $824 worth of hats from Spencer's, 95 N. Moorland Road, between 2 and 4 p.m. April 4.
4Video surveillance shows an unidentified man entering a classroom at Brookfield East High School, 3305 E. Lilly Road, and taking a teacher's wallet about 4 p.m. April 5. More than $300 was charged to the credit card that had been in the wallet. The thief did not appear to be a student or a staff member at the school.
5A 47-year-old Milwaukee woman was identified by police after leaving Pick 'n Save, 12375 W. Capitol Drive, at 10:36 a.m. April 7 with $381 in groceries. Police were called and went to the woman's home. She was not home. Police say they'll continue to search for the woman.
6Police pulled over a 25-year-old woman after she was seen leaving Buckle at Brookfield Square, 95 N. Moorland Road, with a pair of jeans valued at $139 without paying about 4:30 p.m. April 7. Officers found a number of other items in the car. Clothes were returned to five stores, and the woman was arrested for retail theft.
7Two ladders were stolen from the 15000 block of Turnberry Drive between April 7 and April 8. Loss is estimated at $600.
DRUNKEN DRIVING
8A 19-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving after being stopped by police at Capitol Drive and Barker Road at 4:34 a.m. April 5. His blood-alcohol content was not available.
9A 29-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving and possession of drug paraphernalia at Crest Hill Drive and Calhoun Road at 8:14 p.m. April 5. His BAC was not available.
10A 19-year-old man was cited for drunken driving at Greenfield Avenue and Tower Hill Drive at 8:20 p.m. April 6. His BAC was not available.
11A 27-year-old man refused a blood draw after being stopped on suspicion of drunken driving at Pilgrim and Burleigh roads at 3:04 a.m. April 7. He was cited for drunken driving. His BAC was not available.
12A 28-year-old man was cited for his second drunken driving offense after police stopped him in the 1500 block of Greenfield Avenue at 10:53 p.m. April 7. His BAC was not available.
13A 32-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped him in the 2100 block of Calhoun Road at 9:25 p.m. April 9. His BAC was not available.
DRUG POSSESSION
14A 19-year-old man was arrested at Brookfield Square mall, 95 N. Moorland Road, after he was found in possession of heroin and stolen suboxone at 5:44 p.m. April 6. He was cited for state retail theft and possession of heroin.
15A 75-year-old man was stopped at Moorland Road and Greenfield Avenue just after 4 p.m. April 8 in connection with a burglary in Elm Grove and for driving while intoxicated. A search of his car found 8 grams of marijuana, four pills and a bindle of what police believed to be heroin.
OTHER
16A 19-year-old girl was cited for trying to buy alcohol with a fake ID at Metro Market, 17630 W. Bluemound Road, about 8 p.m. April 5.

DRUNKEN DRIVING
17A 24-year-old Waukesha man was arrested for drunken driving after police pulled him over for erratic driving at Barker Road and Swenson Drive at 2:38 a.m. April 7. His blood-alcohol content was 0.22.
OTHER
18A 21-year-old Waukesha man was arrested for disorderly conduct when he was seen waving and pointing a gun while parked at PDQ, 21980 Watertown Road, at 8:53 p.m. March 29. The gun turned out to be a paintball gun.
Elm Grove
THEFT
19UPS informed Elm Grove police it was investigating narcotics that were pilfered from the Elm Grove UPS hub, 12400 Bluemound Road. Police noted the investigation in a report April 6.
DRUG POSSESSION
20A 32-year-old West Allis woman and 34-year-old Milwaukee man were found naked from the waist down passed out in a car in the Elm Grove UPS hub parking lot just before 3 a.m. April 3. Both were cited for disorderly conduct, and the woman also was cited for marijuana possession.
