Kooyenga will best represent Assembly district

Sept. 1, 2010 | 0 comments

Public Forum:

The 14th District Assembly seat is up for re-election Sept. 14. We have come to know Dale Kooyenga, who is one of the candidates running for this position. He has our vote and here is why.

Dale Kooyenga knows this position is appointed by the people and wants to be a public servant to the 14th District. Dale will put his constituents first when issues and bills come forth on the Assembly floor. He will be available to his district, to listen to the issues we may have and fight in Madison for what is right.

Dale is an accountant and one of his goals is to assist our state in putting forth a balanced budget, getting control of our deficit and ending reckless government spending. Dale believes our state needs to lower the tax burden so businesses come to Wisconsin rather than leave. He wants to see Wisconsin reward hard work and entrepreneurship and see college graduates stay in Wisconsin because jobs are here and the economy is stable.

Dale is a member of the United States Army Reserve and has served as an officer since 2005. While in Iraq his job was to create jobs in the private sector, allowing the people to take control of their own lives, not being dependent upon the government.

Get out and vote Sept. 14.
