Sept. 1, 2010 | 0 comments

How well do you know Brookfield and Elm Grove? Put your local knowledge to the test in our weekly Mystery Photo Contest.

Take a close look at this photo and see if you can figure out where it was taken. If you think you know, send an e-mail to mystery@cninow.com by 5 p.m. Monday.

Or you can visit BrookfieldNOW.com/Mystery to enter online. In fact, we've posted a larger image of this photo online, so you may improve your changes of winning by going to our website.

We'll draw one name from all correct answers submitted and that person will earn two movie Marcus Theatres movie passes.

In next week's paper, we'll announce the winner and have a new mystery photo.

Last week's answer:

Well, we figured we would start with an easy one, and several contestants told us this was a bit too easy. They'll get tougher.

Last week's photo was of the former railroad passenger depot on what is now the Canadian Pacific railroad right-of-way on Brookfield Road.

Joshua Wied won and will receive a free pair of movie passes.
