Katelyn Lindsay and Nicholas Cronin of Ardmore, Penn., were married Aug. 4, 2012, at the Tilleros-Cronin Century Farm in rural Decorah, Iowa.
Parents of the bride are Shelby Lindsay of Ramsey, N.J., and Bob and Bernadette Lindsay of Wayne, N.J. The groom's parents are Dave and Jan Cronin of Elm Grove.
Tim Cronin of Marion, Iowa, brother of the groom, officiated the 5 p.m. ceremony. Following the ceremony, a barbecue dinner and dance were held in the loft of the gambrel barn, which was built by the groom's great-grandfather in 1926.
The bride wore an organza and lace gown with hand-cut flowers cascading along the shoulder strap and down the back. The bride and her attendants carried flowers grown in the gardens on the farm.
The bride's attendants were Diana Liu of Newark, N.J., and Kelly Klastava of Baltimore, Md.
The groomsmen were David Haushalter of Elm Grove and Phil Edwards of Chicago.
The bride, a 2004 graduate of Ramsey High School, earned her degree in marketing from Drexel University in Philadelphia. She completed graduate studies for a degree in education at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia and teaches at Wissahickon Charter School in Philadelphia.
The groom, a 2002 graduate of Brookfield East High School, earned his degree in Italian and finance from Washington University in St. Louis, Mo. He is a commodities trader with Susquehanna International Group in Philadelphia.
The couple planned a honeymoon to Tanzania, Africa.
