Emily Esther Eyrise and Michael Thomas Tiernan, both of Brookfield, are planning an Oct. 23, 2010, wedding at St. Mary's in Elm Grove.

Parents of the bride-to-be are Mathew and Therese Eyrise of Brookfield. Parents of the future groom are Thomas and Nancy Tiernan of Brookfield.

The future bride works in Milwaukee, and the future groom works in New Berlin.
