Sarah Winiarski and Mathew Van Hoven, both of New York City, are planning an Aug. 14, 2010, wedding in Huntington, N.Y.

Parents of the engaged couple are Edward and Ann Winiarski of Brookfield and Edward and Dorothy Van Hoven of Inver Grove Heights, Minn.

The bride-to-be earned her bachelor's degree in theater arts and broadcast and electronic communication from Marquette University.

She is a human resources manager at William Morris Endeavor Entertainment.

The future groom earned his bachelor's degree in journalism from Marquette University.

He is a communications director for SKINNY NYC.
