James Collins and Rachael Anastasio

Rachael Anastasio of Richmond, Va., and James Collins of Chicago are planning a Sept. 25, 2010, wedding at Alwyngton Manor in Warrenton, Va.

Parents of the engaged couple are Frank and Sandra Anastasio of Manassas, Va., and Patrick and Judy Collins of Germantown, formerly of Brookfield.

The bride-to-be, a 2004 graduate of Osborn Park High School in Manassas, earned her bachelor's degree in biology at Virginia Tech University in 2008 and a bachelor's degree in nursing from Commonwealth University School of Nursing in December 2009. She will be seeking employment in Chicago.

The future groom, a 1998 graduate of Milwaukee Lutheran High School, earned his associate degree in computer-aided drafting technology at ITT Technical Institute. He is a project architect with Gensler in Chicago.
