Nicole Sewall and Benjamin Miller, both of Philadelphia, were married Feb. 7, 2009, at Marina Maroma Chapel in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

Parents of the bride are Steven and Sharon Sewall of Brookfield. Parents of the groom are Steven and Lisa Miller of Blacklick, Ohio.

After the 5 p.m. ceremony, a seven-piece mariachi band led the bride and groom and guests to an ocean front cocktail reception followed by a reception held at Azul Beach Resort in Puerto Morelos, Mexico.

The bride wore a Vera Wang champagne silk charmeuse gown with an embellished drop waist and tulle bust. She carried a bouquet of lilies, roses and local flowers, which also were used on the chapel steps.

Attendants and readers during the ceremony were Jennifer Sewall, sister of the bride; Lauren Miller, sister of the groom; and Maureen Arthurs, friend of the bride.

The bride earned her bachelor's degree in marketing from Xavier University. She is a senior buyer for Anthropologie.

The groom earned his industrial engineering degree from Purdue University. He is a sales and operating manager for Mecalux.

The couple honeymooned for one-week in Costa Rica. They reside in Philadelphia.
