Eva Conrady (nee Nuck) died Aug. 1, 2009, at age 88.
She was born April 12, 1921, in Milwaukee.
She is survived by her children, Carole Banaszak of Colorado Springs, Colo., Henry Conrady of Menomonee Falls, Joanne (Richard) Teschendorf of Brookfield and Janice (Ronald) Giese of Mt. Prospect, Ill.; 14 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Judith Krueger; great-grandson, Scott Giese; and son-in-law, Richard Banaszak.
No services were held per Eva's request.
The family thanks the staff at Lutheran Manor for their loving care.
Church and Chapel Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
