Norman W. Herbst
Norman W. Herbst of Brookfield died July 26, 2009, at age 70.
He was born Nov. 15, 1938. He was a mechanical engineer. He was a member of the Early Ford V8 Club NMRA and ASME. He enjoyed woodworking, metal working, model railroading and gardening.
He is survived by his wife, Kathryn A.; children, Cheryl (Kevin) Hoffren and William Herbst; granddaughter, Sophia; sister, Grace (William) Merritt; other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Florence Herbst.
Service was July 31 at Blessed Savior Lutheran Church, New Berlin. Interment was at Highland Memorial.
Memorials are suggested to Lutheran Special School, Blessed Savior Lutheran Church.
Harder Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
