Janine Galvin and Casey Carney were married Feb. 14, 2009, in Boise, Idaho.
Parents of the bride are John and Nancy Galvin, Boise. Parents of the groom are Ray and Denise Carney, Brookfield.
In addition to the reception in Boise, the parents of the groom hosted a party for the couple on March 7, 2009, at the Coast, Milwaukee.
The bride-to-be, a graduate of the University of Idaho, earned her doctorate in chemical engineering at the University of Colorado in Boulder. She is a research scientist at the National Energy Technology Laboratory, Albany, Ore.
The future groom, a 1994 graduate of Brookfield Central High School, earned his bachelor's degree in chemistry and physics from Hope College in Holland, Mich., and his doctorate in chemical engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder. He is also a research scientist at the National Energy Technology Laboratory.
The couple resides in Albany, Ore.
