Kozlowskis, 50 years

Karen and Jerry Kozlowski

March 3, 2009 | 0 comments

Jerry and Karen Kozlowski of Brookfield recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

They were married Feb. 7, 1959, at St. Agnes Church, Milwaukee.

The couple marked the occasion with 80 family members and close friends - some from as far as California - at a dinner party Feb. 7, 2009, at the Country Inn & Suites, Brookfield. The highlight of the evening was a 20-minute video featuring photos of family and friends set to the music of the couple's favorite songs, followed by the couple dancing to "Unforgettable" by Nat King Cole.

Jerry and Karen, Brookfield residents for 39 years, are the parents of Tom (Marj), Brookfield; JoEllen, Grand Blanc, Mich.; Kathy (Rob) Fox, Wrightstown; and Stephen, Brookfield. They are the grandparents of Sarah, Billy, Greg, J.R., Jackson, Alisha and William.

Jerry has owned Kozlowski Construction for 29 years. Karen is a homemaker and also assists with the business.
