Abby Rammien and Nathan Thomas of Sussex were married Oct. 20, 2012, on the beach at Lido Beach Resort in Sarasota, Fla.
Parents of the bride are Donna and Dennis Rammien of Brookfield. The groom's parents are Karen and Glenn Thomas of Greenfield, Ind.
Teri Kinart, friend of the bride's family, officiated the 5:30 p.m. ceremony, which was followed by a reception on the Sunset Terrace at Lido Beach Resort.
The bride wore an ivory strapless gown with a sweetheart neckline. Her cascading bouquet included orange dahlias, purple calla lilies and green orchid florets.
Ashley Kinart of Madison, friend of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Michelle Schneider of Seattle and Laura Thomas of Milwaukee. Junior bridesmaid was Grace Laedtke of Sussex, niece of the bride.
Justin Thomas of Chicago, brother of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Rushan Perera of Oak Creek and David Lee of Fort Bragg, N.C. Junior groomsman was Noah Laedtke of Sussex, nephew of the groom.
Music was provided by Matt Laedtke of Sussex, cousin of the bride.
The bride earned her bachelor's degree and her master's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a merchandise planner for Kohl's Corp.
The groom is an artist and production manager at Apple Steel Rule Die Co.
The couple honeymooned in St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands.
