Spend a little quality time...

Waukesha's Spring House Tea Room, located in Historic Downtown Waukesha, is the perfect venue for enjoying others company.  Make a reservation for a 2 hour afternoon tea which includes a full tea presentation and finger food in true tearoom style making a great [holiday, birthday, shower, engagement, good bye, anniversary or 'just because'] party truly memorable.

What is an 'afternoon tea'? (according to: www.steamingcupwaukesha.com)
An afternoon tea should combine both sweets, savories and desserts. Tea sandwiches and/or quiche are the perfect accompaniments for a beautiful presentation of small sweets such as shortbreads, dipped fruits, cookies, muffins or finger foods. Of course, you must have fresh scones accompanied by cream and preserves. Cakes should be not heavily frosted. Cake portions should be small if other foods are served. It is much better to serve several small beautiful foods rather than large portions. After all, the purpose of afternoon tea is to satisfy the soul rather than the stomach!  But that has not stopped us from making sure that all participants leave fully satisfied!
